16ft Bass Boat with 85HP Motor (Northisde of Indy

I have a 16 ft Watercraft bass boat. Boat is in very like-new condition. 3 livewells, 4 padded fishing seats, lots of storage room, lockbox under the seat, and working navigation lamps. I have never had the boat in the water. The motor is an 85hp motor. The motor is not starting. I was told it was a faulty starter. I have good titles for both the boat and trailer. The trailer is in very like-new condition and the tires have lots of tread left! With some work, this would be a great fishing boat.
